Parenteral nutrition in preterm children part of the clinical application of 30 patients
[Abstract] Objective To improve the preterm children, especially in the clinical treatment of children with very low levels of body weight. Methods March 2008 -2009 undergraduate years were treated between March 30 cases of premature children, 20% used nutrition fat emulsion, amino acids, to peripheral venous infusion, plus timely gastrointestinal nutrition. results in 30 cases of premature children, 18 cases of weight gain, 8 patients maintained the same weight before and after treatment, 4 patients were cured after treatment, body weight decreased slightly. cured 21 cases, accounting for 70%. conclusion of intravenous nutrition and parenteral nutrition, and then transition to total parenteral nutrition, is reasonable and effective supportive care.

1 Materials and Methods

1.2 Methods in the regular warm, oxygen therapy, antibiotics, maintenance of water and electrolyte balance, based on both partial parenteral nutrition.
