Methods 30 patients with routine PCI in AMI patients treated before and after 3 d and 3 months after observation of TCM to quantify - integral and LVEDV, LVESV, SV, LVEF and other indicators of changes in cardiac function. The results of PCI in patients with pre-treatment chest pain, chest tightness, irritability, palpitations and other standard evidence-designate points were significantly increased, while LVEDV, LVESV increased, SV, LVEF decrease; PCI in patients with 3 d after the above-mentioned standard empirical points compared with the preoperative significantly lower, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05 or 0.01); but shortness of breath, fatigue, torpid intake, looking, spontaneous perspiration, etc. This deficiency points compared with the preoperative no significant change, the difference was not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05 ), LVEDV, LVESV, SV, LVEF compared with preoperative unchanged; PCI after 3 months of the syndrome points were significantly lower than that before implantation, the difference was significant (P lt;0.01); which designate this deficiency points after 3 d compared with the PCI there was a marked decline in the difference between the significant difference (P lt;0.01), while LVESV, SV, LVEF and other indicators with the preoperative and postoperative 3 d also improved significantly more (P lt;0.05 or 0.01).
