初善仪?（Truscreen?）及液基细胞学检测在宫颈癌 前病变早期筛查中的对比研究 郑红兵 马湘一 成文彩 陈汉平 孙雪静 马丁 华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院妇产科（武汉市 430030） 【摘要】 目的 探讨应用宫颈癌筛查系统（TruScreen）与液基细胞学检测(TCT)对宫颈病变诊断价值。方法 对 妇科门诊 302 例患者依次进行 TruScreen 和 TCT 检查，并对所有患者行宫颈活检，将其病理结果与 TruScreen 和 TCT 结果对照分析 。结果 TruScreen、TCT 阳性结果分别为 40 例和 28 例，病理学检查阳性结果为 8 例。 TruScreen、TCT 检测的敏感度分 别为 87.5%、75%，特异度分 别为 88.8%、92.5%，假阴性率分别为 12.5%、 25%。TruScreen 检查敏感度高于 TCT，差异无统计学意义（ P0.05），而 TruScreen 与 TruScreen 联合 TCT 检查的敏感度无统计学差异（P0.05）。结论 1）本研究中，TruScreen 的效果评价不亚于 TCT。2）在我国， TruScreen 作为一种新的宫颈病变筛查技术有望提高宫颈癌病变的诊断符合率。 【关键词】 宫颈癌筛查系统（TruScreen）；液基细胞学检测(TCT)；宫颈病变 中图分类号：R737.33 文献标识码：A Comparing Study of Truscreen? and Liquid Based Cytology Test in the Screening of Cervical Lesions Zheng Hongbing ,Ma Xiangyi，Cheng Wencai，Chen Hanping，Sun Xuejing， Ma Ding TongjiHospital, TongjiMedical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan 430030 【ABSTRACT】 Objective To study the clinical value of cancer screening system(TruScreen) compared with liquid based cytology test(TCT) in the diagnosis of cervical lesion.
