Methods 260 cases of general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups, control group (n = 145 cases) of ordinary care, the experimental group ( n = 115 cases), perioperative comfort care to compare the effect of two nursing, observation with preoperative and postoperative anxiety scores, the incidence of emergence agitation and postoperative analgesic usage, to the observation of two nursing indices compared. Results In patients assessed before and after anxiety scores were significantly lower than the control group, the incidence of emergence agitation than the control group (P lt;0.01), postoperative analgesic usage compared with the control group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comfort care can effectively alleviate the anesthesia preoperative and postoperative anxiety and reduce the incidence of emergence agitation, decreased postoperative analgesic usage.
