Summary was made in terms of the causes, the treatment and the result of perioperative complications.Results All operations were well conducted with success rate of 100%, rate of complication 14.3%, among which 5 developed bag haematomas, 2 had pacemaker syndrome and 1 had electrode dislocated. Conclusion Complications after pacemaker implantation are the main concern that affects therapeutic results. The best way to minimize complications and optimize therapeutic effect is to enforce prevention before operation, select physiological pacing, normalize operation and ensure follow up visit.
