Conclusion pheophorbide acid and naproxen, cross-linking reaction is feasible. MethodsPhaephorbide was extracted by acetone, ether and hydrochloric acid step by step from silkworm droppings. Naproxin was treated by thionyl chloride, then conjugated to Phaeophorbide under protection of N2. The compound was purified by silica gel column. Its purity was determined by HPLC, its structure was judged by IR. ResultsThe purity of compound was 98%. IR showed Naproxin was conjugated to Phaeophorbide in acid anhydride. ConclusionIt is practicable that conjugated reaction takes place among Naproxin and Phaeophorbide.
