团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用

［摘 要 ］ 目 的 探讨团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。 方 法 2008 年 8 月本院急诊科采用团队管理模式实施护理管
理 ，比 较 实 施 前 后 2 年急诊科的护理质量及护士综合素质。 结 果 实施团队管理模式后，病区服务态度满意度，基 础 护 理 、特 级 及 一 级 护
理 、护理文书书写合格率，护士综合素质高于实施前（均 P ＜ 0．05）。 结 论 在医院的护理管理工作中应用团队管理模式，有 利 于 提 高 护
理质量及护士的综合素质，增加护理团队的凝聚力，为患者提供优质安全的护理服务。

［Abstract］ Objective To study the effect of team management on emergency nursing supervision． Methods Team management method
was used for nursing supervision in the emergency department in August， 2008． The quality of care and integrated quality of nursing were
compared 2 years after use of team management． Results Two years after team management， there were significant improvements in the quality
of care， degree of patient＇s satisfaction， qualification rate of basic nursing， qualification rate of special nursing and first class nursing，
qualification rate of nursing document and comprehensive quality of nursing team （P ＜ 0．05）． Conclusion The use of team management in
hospital＇s nursing supervision is beneficial for the elevation of nursing quality and comprehensive quality of nurses， increase the cohesive force
of nursing team， and provide high-quality and safer nursing service for the patients．
