Methods: The treated breast augmentation by injected polyacrylamide hydrogel complications in 43 patients with clinical data analyzed and summarized. Results: 43 patients, 9 cases of induration, hematoma in 6 cases, infection in 9 cases, injection of pore-forming sinus in 3 cases, both sides of the asymmetry in 8 cases, materials, seepage to the breast shape other than the two cases, pain in 5 cases, hard pack block in 1 case. The correct treatment in most patients after treatment with satisfactory results.
