Methods 32 patients with posterior fossa lesions according to different surgical approach selection unilateral bone, unilateral cross-midline bone flap, the middle bone, underwent bone graft surgery complete reset. None of the results of bone flap angioplasty with cerebrospinal fluid leak, subcutaneous fluid, wound healing and poor surgical complications. Conclusions bone reset in line with the principles of anatomic reduction, reducing the complications due to bone and bone defects caused by the psychological impact on patients.
