Methods 13 patients with bilateral posterior facet joints used in all and complete decompression laminectomy, SRS-based pedicle screw fixation, an operation to complete decompression and reduction and interbody fusion and internal fixation, of which 10 were treated with interbody fusion, 3 cases of iliac block bone graft. Results All 13 patients with anatomic reduction, free from infection. except 1 patient had temporary L5 and S1 nerve root traction symptoms, deterioration of neurological function than non-performance. All the patients have received the original symptoms improved in different degrees, were excellent in 9 cases, good in 3 cases, 1 case. The group followed up for 3 months to 42 months, with an average of 13 months. follow-up of patients in stable condition, signs and symptoms improved significantly. X-ray showed intervertebral fusion good, no broken screws and no other long-term complications. Conclusions In the treatment of severe spondylolisthesis, decompression and reduction should be out of the traditional misunderstanding, a joint center for small and completely reset the complete decompression, eliminating the patient the pain of the second operation, but also for solving difficulties in the clinical treatment offers a new method of treatment.
