Methods We summarized 22 cases of PBC liver damage in patients with clinical manifestations and laboratory test results. Results PBC mainly affects women, female: male ratio of 10:1, aged 24 to 68 years old, accompanied by persistent ALT, AST abnormalities, hyperbilirubinemia, high ALP, GGT hyperlipidemia, high hypergammaglobulinemia, high γ -globulin hyperlipidemia, there are autoantibodies, such as the AMA, AMA-M2. Conclusion PBC severe liver injury, when the basic to the late diagnosis, the prognosis is poor. Methods: The clinical manifestaiton and laboratory test changes in 22 patients with PBC were in vestigated retrospectively. Results: PBC affects females clinically with a female / male ratio of 10:1. The age range was 24 ~ 68 years old. There was elevated level of serum ALT and AST, hyperbilirubinemia, hy-perglobulinemia, hyper gammaglobulinemia, with predominant elevation of ALP, GGT and different kinds of antibodies , for example AMA, AMA-M2.
