Methods We summarized 22 cases of PBC liver damage in patients with clinical manifestations and laboratory test results. Results PBC mainly affects women, female: male ratio of 10:1, aged 24 to 68 years old, accompanied by persistent ALT, AST abnormalities, hyperbilirubinemia, high ALP, GGT hyperlipidemia, high hypergammaglobulinemia, high γ -globulin hyperlipidemia, there are autoantibodies, such as the
