Results Primary PRPTs the most common clinical manifestations were abdominal mass , abdominal pain, bloating, back pain, most of the larger tumor, histological type variety, and often involving the urinary system, digestive system and blood vessels. this group of patients the tumor resection rate was 88.46%. combined organs can increase tumor resection rate of complete resection. benign and malignant tumors, extent of resection of the main factors of recurrence after surgery. PRPTs primary clinical manifestations, histology, organ involvement, surgical treatment of complicated than that. complete resection is the only effective treatment, also reduce the recurrence of major initiatives.
