Methods Immunohistochemistry showed the expression of TNF in the liver while using Sample-pci image analysis system for semi-quantitative analysis. Results There are lots of positive cells in immunohistochemistry and the optical density is different between the two types of carcinoma. Conclusions TNF is the important pathogenic factor in obstructive jaundice and is closely related to the degree of obstruction site.
