Have reported C-reactive protein (CRP) levels correlated with stroke severity and prognosis. This study aimed to investigate the putamen hemorrhage than non-surgical minimally invasive variation of CRP in order to understand the correlation between the two.
1 Materials and Methods
1.1 General information taken from patients admitted within 24h after onset putamen hemorrhage were diagnosed cerebrovascular disease are in line with the Fourth National Conference on the revised diagnostic criteria [1] and confirmed by CT, using special software to detect the machine belongs to hematoma volume, divided into groups and non-surgical minimally invasive surgery (control group). exclusion criteria: (1) bleeding to the diagnosis of more than 24h; (2) The history of cerebrovascular disease before onset; (3) 2 weeks before the onset of with infectious diseases; (4) with severe heart, liver, kidney disease; (5) People with autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors.
1.1.1 Minimally invasive surgery of 42 patients, 20 males and 22 females; mean age (63.1 + -9.7 years), blood loss 30 ~ 65ml, average (48 + -18.5) ml; 42 patients were in accordance with the intracranial Minimally invasive surgery for hematoma norms, in 36h the use of YL-1 type of disposable minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture crushing operation, otherwise the same as the control group.
