Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: nephrectomy group, model group, irbesartan group, Chinese medicine low, medium and high dose group, the corresponding dose by gavage of each group. in the first 6 weeks, the rats were detected 24 h urine protein (U Pro) the amount of the level of renal function; renal cortical malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. The results irbesartan, medicine low and medium dose group and model group Upro content, MDA content was significantly decreased (P lt;0.05), SOD activity was significantly increased (P lt;0.05); the treatment group compared with the model group significantly improved renal function (P lt;0.05). Conclusion Yiqiyangyin Xiaozheng meridians of Chinese medicine may inhibit oxidative stress in diabetic rats to play renal protection.
