Methods A high-fat feed, the establishment of hyperlipidemic rats given lipid-ching treatment, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDLC ), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), serum free fatty acids (NEFA) were measured. Results of lipid-Qing capsule can significantly reduce the high hyperlipidemia serum TC, TG, LDLC, MDA levels, reduce the liver TC, TG, and whole blood viscosity (η b), elevated serum SOD levels, reduce the degree of fatty change of liver cells, and model group, significant difference compared to (P amp;lt;0.05, P amp;lt;0.01). Conclusion Xuezhiqing capsule on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats disorder has a good regulatory role, but also can improve the antioxidant capacity in rats with hyperlipidemia.
