Quantified three goals of teaching self-assessment method with advantages, follow the ‘Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education’, drawing and summary of domestic and international advanced assessment methods, in the three phases of clinical teaching, namely, basic knowledge of the clinical stages of learning, graduation Production Practices stage and graduation stage, assessment objectives, targets, modes optimized design and re-build, in order to clear objectives and targets to quantify the characteristics of the objective structured examination (OSCE), standardized patient (SP), simulated patient, the actual patient, and so model integrated application of a new method of teaching in clinical practice through the examination of the application and research, has achieved remarkable results, are reported as follows.
1 Data and methods
1.1 General information from 2000 to 2002 medical students in this clinical medicine.
1.2 Methods The control group (2000,2001 class of medical students 98) and the experimental group (2002 medical students 45), and then evaluated for their practice, employment, PubMed, questionnaire surveys as evaluation index, to observe quantified three goals assessment method of clinical medical students an integrated quality and practical capacity.
1.3 the process of evaluation at all stages prior to the need for training for examiners and students to fully grasp the various stages of examination requirement.
