Methods Kunming pure LPS-induced SLE-like mouse model was prepared. Ig 15 days were used ELISA method for the detection of anti-ds-DNA antibodies, interleukin-10 (IL-10) levels, with Coomassie brilliant blue assay in mice 24h urine protein content, microscopic observation of liver and kidney to change the situation . Results Qudu capsule with a reduced ds-DNA antibody, inhibit IL-10 expression in mice reduced the urinary albumin to improve the tissues of the pathological changes in function. Conclusion Qudu capsule has certain effect on the SLE mice.
