Methods: Clinical and CT data of 26 cases of RAML undergoing plain and contrast enhanced CT scan and confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results: CT findings of RAML showed that masses were of round or oval and uneven density, and that some were composed of many ingredients or mainly of one ingredient including soft tissue and fat. 2 cases of huge tumor were complicated with bleeding lesions. Enhanced scan showed that lesions were variently enhanced, fat component was not enhanced, and that some patients vessels presented strip shaped and funicular, and spot like enhanced image.
