Reproductive system development process and the impact of endocrine disrupting chemicals on their mechanisms

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 16 Reproductive system development process and the impact of endocrine disrupting chemicals on their mechanisms [Abstract] In recent years, man-made environment, a variety of exogenous substances on human reproductive health, the threat of concern. Many exogenous substances that interfere with steroid hormones on the normal regulation of the reproductive process. Before conducting the reproductive toxicity studies need to understand the development of the reproductive system related to physiological processes, these processes can control the complexity and makes a number of exogenous toxins can be part of the reproductive system to produce harmful effects. This paper describes the physiological process of development of the reproductive system and listed some of the adverse effects on the reproductive system, endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and its related mechanism of toxicity. [Keywords:] reproductive system; hypothalamus; ovary; testis; endocrine disruptors; adolescence In recent years, exogenous toxins in the environment may harm human reproductive system to produce more and more attention, there have been a lot of evidence that exogenous toxins are endocrine-disrupting effects, it may affect steroid hormones on the reproductive process properly regulated, therefore, endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) on reproductive and developmental effects of the increasing attention. The impact of EDCs on the reproductive system can be continued into adulthood, different types of compounds through different mechanisms on the reproductive system and development impact. This development process are outlined in the reproductive system in several important stage, and some of known toxic substances with the reproductive system to explore the mechanism. A reproductive system development process Male and female reproductive system morphology and function of the occurrence and development can be divided into several stages, the embryo
