The patients were given follow-up study for six months , one year and two years to evaluate clinical effects which include marginal color, marginal adaptation, contour, secondary caries. Results 2 years later, 59 cases succeeded while two failed, one case was lost. Success rate is 80 percent.Conclusions It indicates that onlay has a good biocompatibility and shows a prosmising prospect.
