Methods 75 SD rats were made animal model of cerebral infarction after 1 week were randomly divided into rehabilitation group, the immobilization group and the free group . rehabilitation group to the rehabilitation training day, the brake were placed in mesh cages fixed, were placed in regular cages kept free .3 respectively 1,2,3,4 weeks after modeling in the neurological assessment and hearing P300 cognitive potentials test. Results rehabilitation group after training during the rehabilitation of the neurological assessment are better than the immobilization group and the Liberal group, P300 latency cognitive potentials, P300 amplitude increased; free group than in the immobilization group has also been restored . Conclusion Rehabilitation training can promote neurological function in rats with cerebral infarction and cognitive function recovery.
