Methods: Retrospective analysis of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in 36 cases of patients with primary aldosteronism and the recent open surgery for patients with primary aldosteronism 32 cases of clinical effects. Results: The average post-operative time for laparoscopic group, inter alia, the average blood loss, postoperative analgesic consumption, postoperative ambulation time and postoperative hospitalization days were significantly better than the open group, with no need for blood transfusion and occurrence of serious complications. The mean follow-up of 6 months, all patients were for therapeutic purposes, no long-term surgical complications occurred. Conclusion: The treatment of patients with primary aldosteronism after laparoscopic surgery was significantly better than open surgery is a safe and effective procedure, with patients with trauma, less bleeding, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay and so on.
