[Results] HER  2 siRNA on the OS  732 cells, HER  2 mRNA expression was significantly inhibited, the role of some continued to 10 d; interference in the first 9 d, intervention group decreased expression of cell protein; the sensitivity of cells to cisplatin by about 10 times. [Conclusion] The in vitro synthesized siRNA can effectively inhibit osteosarcoma OS  732 cells, HER  2 gene expression, inhibit cell proliferation, and increased the sensitivity of cells to cisplatin.
