It is made up of a beautiful woman----Dong xiao wan, she is good at making dessert, she choose sesame seeds, stir-fried noodles with vegetables, maltose, pine nut, peach kernel and sesame oil as raw material. 关于董糖，还有一个爱情故事。1639年，如皋才子冒辟疆途径苏州，慕名亲访小宛数次，都因小宛外出未归不遇。 To Dongtang, there have a love story.
