桥娄中学体育节活动比赛规程 桥娄中学体育节活动比赛规程 大会组委会 一、领队：各班班主任 二、安全与监督人员：zz值日教师 三、裁判员：zz 比赛规程 一、比赛时间和地点 2013年元月8星期二（暂定）利用半天时间在学校运动场区举行。 二、运动员资格 桥娄中学在校生 三、比赛项目及报名人数 1.七年级：个人跳绳（男6人，女8人），足球射门（男5人，女5人），广播操（全班同学参加）等比赛 2.八年级：个人跳绳（男6人，女8人），60米往返20人接力（男10人，女10人）、广播操（全班同学参加）等比赛。 3.九年级：个人跳绳（男6人，女8人），篮球半场运球投篮（跟中考要求一样）（男5人，女5人） 四、比赛方法和计分方法 1.个人跳绳一分钟计时，全班的所有参赛队员个数相加按照成绩排列取名次。 2.足球射门比赛方法： 参赛运动员站在足球的后方，足球放在离球门10米（女子8米）的指定点，球门离地有块米的挡板，射门动作必须连贯一次完成，球踢入球门计1分，共10个球，全班队员进球数相加排列名次，如进球总数相等则最好成绩的队员用时少者名次列前； 米往返20人接力比赛办法 每班20人，男女各10人；比赛开始后，手持接力棒绕过标志竿返回，将接力棒传接给第二个同学（如遇接力棒掉了，必须捡起再跑）；以时间（成绩）决定名次，不设决赛 4.篮球半场运球投篮同中考规则 说明：有参加比赛班级附加2分中途退出或弃权不记分。各项最后记总分排出级段总名次。如有最后得总分相同，以总计时间（成绩）决定名次。 五、比赛纪律 1.提早5分钟在指定区域整队。 2.遵守比赛时间、迟到5分钟判弃权。 瓯海区桥娄中学 2012年12月19日 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
