河天一小教学考核细则 河天一小教学考核细则 项目 权重内容 要求及量化 校评 计划10分 各类教学计划（包括学期教学计划[学生情况、对教材的理解、学期教学目标、单元教学重难点、教学措施、教学进度等项目]、习作（说话写话）计划、语文活动计划、实验操作计划、培优补潜，旷课一节扣4分；事假每半天扣2分；课堂巡视发现没有备课上课的，每次扣3分；被蹲点听课、随常听课、家长开放日上课、上调研课等每节次加2分。 后20%学生成长10分有辅导记录加2分、后20%学生成长记录加3分，成绩显着加3-5分。 作业布置与批改10分语文、数学、科学、英语要有效作业的设计，其他学科尽量布置实践性作业，作业布置必须进行分层布置，分必做题和选做题，无分层布置、其他学科无布置实践性作业扣2－4分；认真批改作业，并有二次批改。漏批每1页扣1分；无二次批改扣5分；发现错批一处扣1分。 过程性评价5分有过程性评价方案，注重过程性评价资料的收集，酌情给分。 论文或案例5分45周岁及不满45周岁的老师每学期1篇，45周岁以上每学年一篇，获奖记5分，没有获奖记2分，没有或发现抄袭视为0分。 理论学习10分一学期教育文摘20篇，无心得体会不计数。也可采用看书的形式，不少于300页且有批注；每少一篇扣1分，无反思或批注扣1分。 其他5分有特色做法、创新的，有一定推广价值的，并经考核小组讨论一致认可的，酌情给分。 备注： 1．教学考核为学期考核，教务处根据每位教师每学期三次的教学常规检查，学期进行汇总分为三档：A档、P档、E档； 2．学期教学考核奖：A档40%，P档60%；E档（具体表现为：1、私自调课查处3次及以上的；2、未请假不来上课的；3、未制定计划，没有备课、作业没有批发的；4、被投诉作业量过多查实的。5、三次及以上被查实上课接听电话的。） Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
