PAGE  大 连 民 族 大 学 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 航空订票管理系统的实现与设计 学 院： 计算机科学与工程 （系）专 业： 网络工程 学 生 姓 名： 员晨绮 学 号： 2012083223 指 导 教 师： 何丽君 评 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期： 2016年5月30 大连民族大学 　　 航空订票管理系统的实现与设计 PAGE IV 摘 要 当前中国民航市场扩大迅速， 随着生活水平的提高， 越来越多的人选择飞机出行， 对航空公司的服务要求的越来越高，为了适应快速发展的需求，管理大量数据，有效地稳定的管理航空公司，我们要为某航空公司开发一套国内机票售票系统，要求能通过分布在全国各主要城市的该航空公司的营业网点为顾客提供航班查询，购买机票以及退票的服务。 通过航空订票管理系统这个平台，可以实现人员航班及客户订票的信息化、网络化、系统化、规范化管理，从繁杂的数据查询和统计中解脱出来，更好的掌握人员票务状况。系统的主要功能包括：客户信息管理、航班管理与订单信息管理。 本系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用SqlServer作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的铝窗设计管理系统。 关键词：民用航空，管理系统，JSP，B/S结构 ABSTRACT The current Chinese aviation market to expand rapidly, along with the improvement of living standard, more and more people choose to air travel, airline service request more and more high, in order to adapt to the rapid development needs, data management, effective and stable management of the airline, we need to develop a set of domestic airline ticket booking system, requirements through distributed in the main city of the airlines business outlets for customers to provide flight information, purchase tickets and ticket service. Through the air booking management system this platform, can achieve personnel flights and customers booking information, network, systematic, standardized management, from the complex data query and statistics in relief, better grasp the personnel ticket condition. The main functions of the system include: customer information management, flight management and order information management. The front of the system using JSP as a development language, the use of SqlServer as a database management system, the development environment is MyEclipse, server using tomcat, developed a Web technology based on B / S structure windows design management system.
