For a particular example, The persons who are ready to take up the cudgels for a just cause often give up their own interests when they protect the interests of others. Then, who and how to protect their interests? There in no exact law to deal with this kind of issue in our country, and theory research about that is not thorough, either. In view of this, this article will discusses how to protect their interests from the angle of civil law, analyzes the present situation that lacking of law protection, propose some civil relief protection methods to their losses.
