　　火焰原子吸收法测定返魂草中6种元素含量 作者：高淑云，徐华，瞿东海， 陈尚龙 【摘要】 　　目的测定返魂草中Ca，Mg常量元素及Cu，Zn，Mn和Cd 4种微量元素的含量。方法利用火焰原子吸收法对返魂草中的Ca，Mg，Cu，Zn，Mn，Cd 6种元素含量进行测定分析。结果返魂草中含有Ca 869.6 μg/g，Mg 46.41 μg/g，Cu 4.529μg/g，Zn 32.78 μg/g，Mn 114.9 μg/g，Cd 1.010 μg/g 。其中钙、锰含量很高，镉含量较低。结论相对标准偏差为:0.20%以下。加标回收率为：99.1%～100.8%之间。 【关键词】 微量元素 火焰原子吸收 返魂草 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine the contents of constant element Ca Mg and the Microelement Cu，Zn，Mn，Cr in Senecio cannabifolius Less.
