Somenewresultsontheexistenceofcoincidencepointsformultivalued f-contractive maps have been obtained. Our results improve and extend various knownresultsexistingintheliterature. 1. Introduction and Preliminaries UsingtheconceptofHausdor?metric,manyauthorshaveproved?xedpointand coincidence point results in the setting of metric spaces. For example, using the Hausdor?metric,Nadler[12]hasintroducedanotionofmultivaluedcontraction mapsandprovedamultivaluedversionoftheBanachcontractionprinciplewhich statesthateachclosedboundedvaluedcontractionmaponacompletemetricspace has a ?xed point. Since then various ?xed point results concerning multivalued contractions have appeared. For example, see [2, 3, 4, 7, 11, 13, 15, 18]. On theotherhand,usingtheconceptofHausdor?metric,Kaneko[8]hasintroduced a notion of multivalued f-contraction maps and proved coincidence point result forsuchmapswithcommutativitycondition,extendingthecorrespondingresults ofJungck[6],Nadler[12]andothers. Thisresulthasbeengeneralizedindi?erent directions. Forexample,see[9, 10, 14, 16, 17]. Without using the concept of Hausdor? metric, most recently Feng and Liu [5]introducedanotionofmultivaluedcontractivemapsandproveda?xedpoint resultforsuchmaps,extendingNadler’s?xedpointresultconcerningmultivalued contractions. Theaimofthispaper istoobtainsomeresultsontheexistenceof coincidencepointsformultivaluedf-contractivemapswithandwithoutcommu- tativitycondition. Ourresultsunify,improveandextendanumberof?xedpoint andcoincidencepointresultsincludingthecorrespondingresultsofFengandLiu [5],Kaneko[8],Nadler[12].
