Anhui cuisine Feature:Anhui cuisine chooses simple materials and maintains the original flavor(风味)of the foods and it is known for its skills to control the fire power(火候). Ham stew turtle Braised mandarin fish Taibai fish head Ground chicken pot Hunan cuisine Feature:It’s evolved(逐步形成) from the dishes of xiangjiang river,dongting lake and western Hunan mountain.It features a wide range of materials.And it’s famous for its sour and spice.
