Diet And Health;* Food Pyramid;The Dos and Donts of Healthy Eating健康饮食中该做及不该做的事;1.Eat regular meals. Remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

2.Dont eat between meals.
两餐之间不要吃东西。
3.Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

4.Try to use low-fat dairy products like skimmed milk and low-fat cheese.

5.Dont eat a heavy meal late at night.
