Computer Crime and Cybercrime – Teachers Guide Overview Every year schools are robbed of expensive computer equipment, and viruses are planted on school networks that destroy thousands of files. Most of these crimes are committed by students in the school. In this activity the students are going to learn about cybercrime, why schools must protect themselves from computer thieves and how and why schools must make rules to prevent both. In this activity the class will prepare an Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) for their class or school.
