That is why, the purpose of this article is to identify information technology impacts as ethical issues on society especially its individuals. In this respect, it refers to some major issues namely, intimacy, accuracy, intellectual property, privacy, accessibility, pornographic issues, plagiarism and so on. In conclusion, some recommendations have been offered. Introduction Technology is relentlessly overtaking us1 [1] and recently, computer-based information and communication technology, as one of the most known manifestations of technology, has been constantly transforming the delivery and dissemination of information and how people, organizations and even governments interact with each other.
