1Vft::o口 CH工NÞ、 HEρ、LTH 工NOUBTPY DOI: 10.16659/j.cnki.1672-5654.2016.21.141 耳鼻喉科护理王作中常见危急安全隐患及护理策略思考 安广彩 河南省南阳医专第一附属医院耳鼻喉科，河南商阳 473(削 [摘要]目的探析耳鼻喉科护理工作中常见的危急安全隐患以及相应的护理对策。方法选取该院2012 年4 月一2014 年9 月存在危急安全隐患的耳鼻喉科患者92 例，将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组有46 例，其中对照组患 者采取常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予护理干预措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理前两组患者 的 SAS， SDS 评分差异无统计学意义(P()o5) ，经过护理后，观察组患者的 SAS、 SDS 评分较对照组数据，均具有显著优 势(Pü.05)。两组患者的危急安全隐患发生率对比，观察组患者的管理组织安全隐患、环境安全隐患、人员安全隐患和 并发症安全隐患发生率与对照组患者对比，均显著更低(P0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科护理中，针对常见的危急安全隐患 采取合理的护理措施可有效降低危急安全隐患发生率，而且能够有放缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。 [关键词]耳鼻喉科;护理;危急安全隐患;策略 [申固分类号) R473.76 [文献标识码)A [文章编号) 1672-5654(2016)07(c)-0141-03 Considerations of Common Emergency ffidden Danger and Nursing Strate- gies in the Nursing Work in the Department of Otorhinol缸-yngology AN Guang-cai Dep缸恤lent of Otorhinolaryngology, First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College, Nanyang , Henan Province , 473αm China [Abstract] Objective To study the common emergency hidden danger and corresponding nursing strategies in the nursing work in the department of otorhinolaryngology.
