Groupwork: Talk about what kinds of TV shows you know and what’s your favorite program. Task One. Talk about different kinds of TV shows. 1. Make a survey. Do you like watching TV? Do you know other TV shows？ Then show some pictures and students learn about different kinds of TV shows. 2. A memory game. Students look at the pictures and try to remember them. Let students say what TV shows are. 3. 1a. Match the TV shows with the pictures [a-g]. Check the answers. Task Two. Evaluate the TV shows. Help students to learn to evaluate the TV shows and students try to use different kinds of faces to show whether they like the TV shows or not. Listening 1b. Students listen to the tape and number the shows in the order. Pairwork.
