DOI :0.3929/j.003 -3289.2009.0.030 · 856 · 2009 25 0 　Chin J Med Imaging Technol, 2009, Vol 25, No 0 　 Evaluation of blood flow perfusion of different function transplanted kidney with conventional ultrasound and CEUS ＊ HE Ying-qian, D ULian-f ang , X INGJ in-f ang, Z HOU Yang (Dep artmentof Ultrasound, theFirst eop le s Hosp ital Af f iliated to Shanghai J iaotong University , Shanghai 200080, China) [ Abstract] 　Objective　To compare blood flow perfusion conditions of renal allograf t of different renal function w ith conven- tional ultrasound and cont rast enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS).Methods　Sixty patients underwent kidney transplatation were divided into normal group (SCr≤ 0μmol/ L)and abnormal group (SCr 0 μmol/ L).Renal structure and inner di- ameter of renal artery w ere messured with two-dimensional ultrasound.The hemodynamic parameters (PSV, EDV and RI) were messured with CDFI.Data of renal blood flow perfusion (AT, T TP, ■I and Increase), data of renal blood flow perfu- sion (AT, T TP, ■I and Increase)w ere quantitatively analyzed w ith CEUS combined with time intensity curve.All the data were compared between two groups.Results　There w as no significantly difference of above indexes for B-mode ultrasound and CDFI betw een two groups, except EDV of arcuate arteries.CEUS parameters of patients w ith normal renal function were better than those with abnormal function.Conclusion　Microcirculation perfusion changes of transplanted kidney with abnormal function could be detected with C EUS.The quantitative indexes of transplanted kidney with normal function were bet ter than those w ith abnormal function.
