Using the 5W 1H he k-list, the existing problem s are analyzed. A ording to the prin iples of ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simple)and the theory of produ tion line balan e, a new alternative of produ tion line balan e is provided. Implementation of this new alternative makes the rate of produ tion line balan e upgrade 11. 1%and promotes the apa ity of produ tion line to 11. 8%.
