光明中医2016年5 月第31卷第9 期　 　 CJGMCM　 May2016．Vol31．9 ·1281· 五行针灸治疗抑郁症50例临床观察 曹　 爽　 刘　 波　 赵艳超　 刘春波 　 　 摘要:目的　 观察五行针灸治疗抑郁证的临床治疗效果。 方法　 随机将门诊100 例患有抑郁症的病人分为针刺组和西药组, 每组50 例。 针刺组采用五行针灸治疗,西药组口服圣·约翰草提取物片(路优泰)或盐酸文拉法辛缓释片(博乐欣)治疗,治疗前后 采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评分以观察疗效。 结果　 经2个疗程治疗之后,针刺组进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分与西药组 对比,差异明显具有统计学意义(P0．05)。 结论　 五行针灸治疗抑郁证疗效优于西药治疗,是治疗抑郁症的有效方法。 　 　 关键词:抑郁症;五行针灸;临床观察 doi:10.3969/ j.issn.1003-8914.2016.09.037　 　 文章编号:1003-8914(2016)-09-1281-03 Clinical Observation on the Five Lines of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Depression for50 Cases CAO Shuang　 LIU Bo　 ZHAO Yanchao　 LIU Chunbo (Department of TCM,Tieling Coal Group General Hospital,Liaoning,Tieling 112700,China) Abstract:Objective　 To observe the clinical effects of five lines of acupuncture in the treatment of depression. Methods　 100 cases of outpatient depression patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medication group, with 50 cases in each group. The acupuncture group was treated with five lines of acupuncture,and the medication group was treated with St. John grass extract tablet (lk optimal Thai) or Venlafaxine hydrochloride zyban (Po LeXin). The Hamilton Depression Scalewasusedto scorebefore and after treatment for the evaluation of the therapeutic effects. Results　 After two treatment courses,both the comparisons of HAMD score and clinical effect between the two groups showed significant difference (P 0．05). Conclusion　 The curative effect on five lines of acupuncture in the treatment of depression is superior to Western medicine treatment. It is an effective methodfor treatment of depression.
