中国药典2015 年版收载治疗高血压的中成药用药特点研究 袁千，王凌*(上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院，上海 200437) 摘要：目的 分析中国药典2015 年版收载治疗高血压的中成药用药特点，为临床使用中成药治疗高血压提供合理用药参 考。方法 收集中国药典2015 年版中治疗高血压或有降压作用的中成药，并进行分类、频数统计。结果 统计出中成药 共55 种，中成药组方药味中使用中药品种共 166 种，中成药中最多的是祛风剂、理血剂和补益剂。结论 药典收载治疗 高血压的中成药以平肝息风、活血化瘀、益气滋阴为主要治则，常用清热药、平肝息风药、补虚药，以清肝火，补肝、 脾、肾为主。 关键词：中国药典2015 年版；高血压；中成药；用药特点 中图分类号：R921.2 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1007-7693(2017)04-0530-03 DOI: 10.13748/ki.issn1007-7693.2017.04.012  Prescription Characteristics of Chinese Patent Medicine of Treating Hypertension Recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2015 Edition) * YUAN Qian, WANG Ling (Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai 200437, China) ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To analyze the prescription characteristics of Chinese patent medicine of treating hypertension recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2015 Edition), provide reference for the rational medication for clinical treatment of hypertension. METHODS Collected Chinese patent medicine of treating hypertension or having antihypertensive effects recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia (2015 Edition), and made classification, frequency statistics. RESULTS There were 55 kinds of Chinese patent medicine included in total, 166 herbs included in Chinese patent medicine. The most common use of Chinese patent medicine were wind-extinguishing medicine, blood-regulating medicine and tonic medicine. CONCLUSION Chinese patent medicine of treating hypertension recorded in Chinese pharmacopeia, taking calming the liver and extinguishing wind, activating blood and dissolving blood-stasis, nourishing Qi and Yin as the main treatment principle, heat-clearing medicine, liver-calming and wind
