Objective To select reasonable and effective ethod of treat ent ethod for radial neck fracture in children Methods 46 cases of radial neck fracture in children were classified into 4 grades based on the angulation and displace ent of the fractures and then the ethods of and the final effect were co pared. Results The ean period of followedup was 27 years and the rate of excellent and good result was 809%( 36/36) .In the nonoperative and operative group the rate of excellent and good results were 838% ( 31/37) and 556%( 5/9) respectively.Conclusion T he conservative ethod was si ple,effective and opti al for thetreat ent of radial neck fractures in children.
