纳米阻燃剂对饰面型防火涂料性能影响研究 方璐2，张佳璐1，王美琴1，张华文 （浙江海洋学院石化与能源工程学院，浙江 舟山 316000； 重庆科技学院安全工程学院，重庆 401331） 摘要：饰面型防火涂料是保护建筑物、避免火灾事故发生的一种，可改善饰面型防火涂料在应用中存在的问题，提高涂料的性能为研究隧道燃烧法普通饰面型防火涂料和添加不同比例量纳米氢氧化铝涂料的耐火性能对比，得出纳米氢氧化铝对饰面型防火涂料性能的影响规律对纳米防火涂料未来发展趋势进行展望。 饰面型防火涂料纳米氢氧化铝阻燃机理耐火性能 he Effect of Nano Flame Retardant on the Performance of Decorated Fire-retardant Coating Fang Lu2，Zhang Jia-lu1，Wang Mei-qin1，Zhang Hua-wen1 （Zhejiang Ocean University School of Petrochemica1 Energy Engineering,Zhejiang Zhoushan 316000； Chongqing University of Science and Technology of Safety Engineering,Chongqing 401331,China） Abstractecorated fire-retardant coating is an important method to protect the buildings and to avoid fire accidents,which is widely used in all walks of life.Inorganic nanometre fire-retardant as a focus of the research around the world today can solve the problems existing in the application of decorated fire-retardant coating and improve the performance.In order to research the effect of nano flame retardant on the performance of decorated fire-retardant coating,based on the nanometer aluminum hydroxide flame retardant,this paper adopts the method of tunnel ignition to test the fire performance of ordinary decorating fire-retardant coatings and the fire performance of the decorating fire-retardant coatings adding different proportion of nanometer aluminum hydroxide,and then through comparative analysis of experimental results,obtains the inference rule of nanometer aluminum hydroxide flame retardant..Then we can have a more intuitive understanding of the inference of nano flame retardant.Finally,fire retardant coatings for nano future trends are forecasted. Key words:decorating fire-retardant coatings; nano-aluminum hydroxide; fire proofing mechanism; refractory performance 随着世界经济的发展各类建筑不断，燃且耐火极限低可燃基材表面，在起装饰作用纳米提高涂料的防火性能理化性能装饰性能。新型纳米防火涂料 饰面型防火涂料及其阻燃机理 饰面型防火涂料 饰面型防火涂料的一种，具有很高的防火，而且，饰面型防火涂料按其遇火后涂层的变化状态可分为膨胀型和非膨胀型两大类膨胀型防火涂料成的膨胀厚且热导率低，阻火性能优于非膨胀型防火涂料，因而广泛。 表 Table 1 The classification of decorat
