After the torture under high temperature in summer, autumn comes along bringing cool weather. However some diseases arise up accordingly. Autumn is a transition season between hot summer and cold winter. The beginning of autumn is mainly hot and humid while after the white dew of solar term, rainfall decreases; weather becomes drier; night becomes cool and day is still hot. Due to the difference in temperature between day and night, it becomes harder for people to get used to it. So people is likely to get diseases and relapse. The key to keep health in autumn is to take health protection measure to prevent disease. 秋天气候变化异常,季节转换较快,早、中、晚及室内外温差较大,呼吸道黏膜不断受到乍暖乍寒的刺激,抵抗力减弱,给病原微生物提供了可乘之机,是感冒等上呼吸道感染病的高发季节。特别是当工作环境通风不好时,感冒更容易在人与人之间迅速传播。 ■ 感 冒 Catching cold During autumn, weather changes dramatically with temperature varying much in morning, noon and night. Membrane of respiratory tract would often be stimulated by the changing weather and its resistance would be weakened, which offer opportunity for pathogenic microorganism to thrive. So upper respiratory infectious diseases such as cold often strike people in autumn. In addition, cold is more likely to spread among people when the environment is not ventilated enough. 预防要点: 保持室内通风;感冒流行时可用食醋熏蒸,避免出入公共场所; “春捂秋冻”和“耐寒锻炼从秋始” ,加强体育运动,增强体质;及时增减衣物。 经常用冷水洗脸洗鼻,有助于感冒的预防。 秋天气候干燥适当多饮水,多吃水果及新鲜蔬菜,增强机体代谢; 体质较差者应积极预防接种流感疫苗。 Prevention measures Keep well ventilated; steam vinegar in room when cold is popular; avoid entering public area; Do sports; increase and decrease clothes according to temperature variation; Wash face and nose with cold water which could help preventing catching cold; Drink more water because weather is dry in autumn; eat more f
