·综 　述 · 花粉中化学成分的研究现状及发展趋势 1 1 2 2 李英华 , 吕秀阳 ,胡福良 ,朱威 ( 1. 浙江大学制药工程研究所 ,杭州 3 10027; 2. 浙江大学动物科学学院 ,杭州 3 10029) 摘要 : 目的　介绍国内外近几年对花粉中化学成分的研究现状和发展趋势 ,为今后花粉产品开发提供参考 。方法 　查阅国内 外近几年关于花粉化学成分的研究情况 ,分析花粉中的化学成分存在特点和研究中常用的分析手段 。结果和结论 　花粉中 的矿物元素与黄酮类化合物结合态以及游离氨基酸结合态的研究以及矿物元素在结合态时的化学价位分布情况的研究亟待 加强 ;利用花粉中特有的化学成分 ,通过红外 、质谱 、核磁共振等技术的联合使用对花粉化学成分分析 ,建立花粉的化学成分 指纹图谱是花粉研究的一个方向;寻求快速 、方便 、科学的样品处理方法也是分析过程中的一个重要研究方向。 关键词 :花粉 ;化学成分 ;分析方法 ;存在状态 中图分类号 : R282. 7 10. 3　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　文章编号 :(2006) 0706 1303 Trend and sta tus quo of re search on pollen com ponen ts 1 1 2 2 L I Yinghua , LV X iu yang , HU Fu liang , ZHU W ei ( 1. M ETHOD S　To m ake a summ ery of arti cle abou t the analysism ethod s and the existing characters of pollen componen ts. RESUL TS　The m ineral elem en ts com b ined w ith fla vonoid s and free am ino acid s and the existing chem ical value in po llen need fu rther re search. It is very importan t to find a rap id, exp e dien t and scien tific samp le p rep aration m ethod for the re search of pollen ingredients. CO NCL US IO N　To e stab lish the chem ical com ponen ts fingerp rin t of pollen by the study of po llen sp ecial componen ts through a com b ination HPLC, M S, NMR or IR techno logy wa s an important asp ect.
