Module9 Unit1 We laughed a lot Teaching Aims:   1. Words learning: wore, women, actor, told, joke, funny, after, show, read   2. Key Sentences learning: The men wore women’s clothes.    T told lots of jokes.   We laughed a lot.   3. Students can use the past tense to describe the things which happened in the past.   4. Get knowledge about the culture in different countries.   Teaching Focus and Difficulties:   1.   Words and sentences learning.   2.   Students can use the correct verbs in description of past tense in their daily talking.   Teaching Aids:   Picture, some cardstape recorder ect.   Teaching Steps: Step 1 Warmer:what did I do last night?/what did I eat last night? Ss:You ….   Step 2 Presentation   1.   Set a similar environment as the passage,   where did lingling go?/what did lingling do/see ? 3. Have the students listen to the tape with the following questions : a. What did Daming have got ? b. Where did Lingling go last night? c. What did they do after the show? d.Did English children love the theatre? 4. Have the students listen to the tape again and ask them to find out the past tense of the verbs in the letter. Step3.Practice 1. 单词滚雪球 (1) Write some verbs on the blackbord ,then ask the students to work in groups and write out their past tense. Look drink make walk run carry play drop eat have (2) Get the students to make sentences with the past tense of the verbs. 2. Memorery game (1) Have the students look at the picture of Active 3 and talk about it. (2) Then have the students write sentences about the things the boy did last night.(The group who write the most will be the winner) 3. 大家一起来找岔 Show every group a letter ,then have them find out the mistakes in the letter. 信中会出现一些时态的错误。让每组学生快速查找改错,最后找得多,对的多的小组获胜。 Step4.Homework 1.Finish the letter and send it to your friend. 2.Write the base sentences.
