In this article ，the author summarized the experiences as follows :Firstly ， “to meet the maximum ”for the common interests of all ethnic groups ;secondly ，from long － term running － in to ethnic unity among multiple interactions ;thirdly ，to achieve ethnic unity by pluralistic integration and mutual adaptation ;fourthly ，to take improving the ethnic quality as a strategic focus of ethnic unity ;fifthly ， to think of ethnic cadres training as determinants of ethnic unity.
