Su style pastry is known for its sweet,loose,toughness.It can be said to be the major feature of Su diet. The native in Suzhou usually eat pastry,paying much attention to the seasonal and fresh ,scone with sweet fermented-rice in lunar January(农历正月酒酿饼),snow cake in February(二月雪饼),Min cake in March(三月闵饼),bean paste cake in April(四月绿豆糕),mint cake in May(五月薄荷糕),big hunch cake in June(六月大方糕),crisp cake in July(七月巧酥),Moon cake in August(八月月饼) and so on. ;The sour flaour;The native in Zhang jia jie which is located in Hunan Province,sour is particularly to their taste. Therefore ,sauerkraut can be seen on their table everytime.such varied sour dishes includes sauerkraut meat ,sauerkraut fish,sauerkraut beans and radish(酸豆角与萝卜)······ Only radish can be made into sour shreds(丝)and slice(???),dried radish and any small pieces of carrots····· This kind of dishes is mellow , fresh,appetizing ,so It is popular in zhangjiajie.;湘菜;In Hunan style, pepper is also as the ornament materials, such as the famous spicy chicken with a sharp red peppers and garlic decoration, making people see the thought of food. However, only two spicy dishes are usually prepared in the current restaurant banquet , of course, Hunan home dishes are mainly in spicy taste;The bitter flavour;The native in foshan (佛山)of Guang Dong province are particular about the effect of dishes,which is why bitter food in Foshan summer is very popular.
