Data analysis, the status of domestic CNC machine tool reliability, analyze the reason for the low domestic CNC machine tools reliability, system reliability design, component selection, manufacturing and assembly process, machine use and maintenance, etc. of the machine tool reliability the main factor. Reliability, enterprises should attach importance to the strategic grasp the reliability of the product from the design source, and focus on the statistical analysis of failure data, which can achieve the reliability of the growth in numerical control machine tools. Departure from the status quo of Chinas CNC machine tool reliability, reliable countermeasures to enhance Chinas CNC machine tools, and hope that this study is to assist the development of CNC machine tools in China.
