Abstract Studies have shown that construction of knowledge-sharing platform, staffs competitiveness, librarian communication with users, knowledge base hardware status and management quality are important to knowledge transfer efficiency evaluation. The advantages and disadvantages of knowledge-sharing platform have a direct impact to the environment of knowledge transfer, knowledge communication channels, knowledge innovation, speed, knowledge-sharing capabilities and knowledge transfer efficiency. Through the study also found that library staff is the librarys most valuable knowledge assets and the only sustainable competitive advantage. The competitiveness of its library staff are the important factors of knowledge transfer in Library Consortium Environment. So, libraries must continue to maintain, develop, organize and use of employee skills, strengthen human resource management, improve staff quality and capacity, in order to improve the effectiveness of knowledge transfer library. Therefore, the library should be strengthened to pay special attention to these important factors to enhance investment in order to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer and enhance knowledge transfer efficiency. Through the above exploration, this paper enlightens the author to study eco-mode library consortium study on knowledge transfer. It is a reasonable attempt to establish a relatively complete knowledge transfer efficiency evaluation index system, in order to help library managers to develop its knowledge management strategies, and benefit the qualitative and quantitative research of knowledge transfer-based library management.
